We are an industry leader in Annual Statement products, providing regulatory software solutions since 1985. What products or services do you provide?

How much does FSITrack cost?

Cost is based on the number of companies (FEIN), the number of states, and the number of active records. The maintenance fee is included in the initial purchase, and sequential years are based on a percentage of the purchased license fee. Call us for more information on pricing.

What are the FSITrack system requirements?

FSITrack runs on Windows NT, 2000 and XP and can be stored on a network for multiple users to access and use.

What kind of technical support do you have for FSITrack?

We provide toll-free, LIVE voice support for customer calls Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM CST. A one-year maintenance agreement is included with your purchase as well as the option to extend your maintenance agreement on an annual basis. Ask about our 3-year upgrade and maintenance agreements.

Does the software include all state regulations?

Yes, FSITrack is a one-stop program to access all requirements for the 54 U.S. territories and Canada.

Are the reports generated in state-approved formats?

Yes, we use the forms provided to us by the states. We never use generic forms.

Are negative report formats available?

Yes, negative reporting forms are a standard feature of FSITrack.

Are templates for due diligence letters available?

Yes, we provide multiple custom due diligence letters. We also provide the specific due diligence letters required by the States of Ohio and California.

Are these templates customizable?

Yes, FSITrack includes a Custom Letter Editor, which enables our clients to edit the templates we provide or create their own letters from scratch.

Can reports easily be imported from or exported into an Excel spreadsheet?

Yes, our importing and exporting features are user-friendly and wizard-driven.

In what formats are reports generated?

Reports are generated in the Adobe PDF format.

What makes your product different from the competition?

There are several benefits of FSITrack, but our Live Updates are the most innovative. This feature automatically updates the software every time it is accessed and/or according to the user's set time, and it runs directly through Windows scheduler programs.

How often is the database updated? How far in advance of individual state deadlines?

Due to the Live Update process, your system will automatically be updated as soon as the states update the law or regulation.

Is there a fee for the updates?

There is no additional cost for FSITrack daily updates.

Is there notification to a client when the update occurs?

Yes, we provide an alert when FSITrack has been updated to comply with state laws/regulations and when new features are added.
