Here's a little tidbit from South Carolina that would help make filing easier for everyone:

File everything electronically!!

The state's requirement is that with 5 or more properties you must file electronically, but after speaking with a state rep today, I discovered that they would really appreciate it if all properties were filed electronically.

Since FSITrack creates the electronic file for all state filings regardless of the number of properties, filing everything electronically to South Carolina should be a breeze!

Look at it as being environmentally sensitive. :-)
